              As per vedic book “shiva mahapuran”,once a day mata Parvati ji curiously asked lord shiva about origin of rudraksha. In answer of that,lord shiva tired of keeping his eyes closed so longtime.after that when he opened it,a few teardrops fell down to the ground and from these tears become rudraksha and here, rudraksha tree born.

5. Things to know after buying rudraksha mala:

              Firstly buying original rudraksh mala, and makesure that all beads are tied properly,not too tight to harsh on your body parts. Count every beads properly , because it must be 109 or 108 beads in one rudrasham mala. After doing this things, there are some rituals process to follow before wearing rudraksham mala:

Wash it with fresh water.

              Wash it with holy gangajal.

              Dry it with clean or unused cloth.

              To Shock it in to pure ghee for 24 hours.

              Then after cleaning it again and deep it into full fat milk for another 24 hours.

              And one last time clean mala with clean fresh water.

              If you don’t like any kind smell then apply vibhuti on your mala ,it help to reduce that smell.

              Only use cotton and silk thread ,don’t use polyester at all.

                             Do conditioning every six month after wearing.

                             Change your rudraksh mala after 1 year.

                             Every different mukhi rukdraksha have various meaning so there is some eligibility of age and religion.
